Account Director (Client Service)

About the Position

HAVAS Engage is an agency of comprehensive marketing solutions that creates BTL, event, and integrated communication projects for Ukrainian and international brands, combining creativity, marketing services, and effective communications.

Today, we are looking for an Account Director who, in partnership with the New Business Director, will attract new clients, form their own client portfolio, and develop long-term partnerships.

This role is for someone who can not only build a strong client service but also sees opportunities for business development, takes responsibility for the result, and wants to form their own account team in the future.

Responsibilities

• Forming their own client portfolio in partnership with the New Business Director.
• Strategic and operational management of new clients.
• Participation in tenders: analysis of briefs, coordination of proposal preparation, budgets, timelines, and presentations.
• Building long-term partnerships with clients and developing cooperation.
• Coordinating the work of cross-functional teams (strategy, creative, design, production, BTL, digital, finance).
• Controlling project implementation: deadlines, budget, quality, documentation, and financial efficiency.
• Analyzing project results and finding opportunities for account development.
• Cross-sell and up-sell agency services.
• In the future - forming, developing, and managing their own account team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Client Service / Account Management in an advertising, creative, BTL, digital, or integrated agency.
• Experience in participating in tenders and preparing commercial and proactive proposals.
• Good understanding of the full cycle of integrated marketing project implementation.
• Ability to build long-term partnerships with clients.
• Strong in negotiations, presentations, and commercial thinking.
• Experience in managing budgets, financial indicators, and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar) to improve work efficiency.
