About the Position

Havas Village Ukraine is seeking a Manager of Art Projects to help develop cultural initiatives for the company and the corporate charity fund AIDA.

Responsibilities

• Supporting art projects of Havas Village Ukraine and the AIDA fund;
• Seeking new artistic initiatives and opportunities for collaboration;
• Initiating, planning, and implementing own cultural projects;
• Building and maintaining partnerships with artists, galleries, foundations, and cultural institutions;
• Representing the company in partnership, charitable, and artistic projects;
• Working with the corporate art collection (cataloging, preparation for exhibitions, interaction with collectors);
• Participating in the development of new cultural initiatives of the company.

Requirements

• Higher or incomplete higher education in the field of art, art history, cultural management, or related areas;
• Experience in organizing art, cultural, or charitable projects;
• Good knowledge of contemporary Ukrainian art;
• Experience in independent project management;
• Ability to build partnerships and conduct negotiations;
• Responsible, proactive, organized, and attentive to detail;
• Desire to work on projects that have cultural and social value.

Nice to Have

• English language proficiency at the B2+ level;
• Understanding of marketing, branding, and communications;
• Experience working with the media or public communications;
• Experience collaborating with artists, galleries, cultural institutions, foundations, or collectors.
