Account Executive - Accounting & Finance

About the Position

This is a life-changing opportunity for a current full-cycle recruiter to join a hypergrowth startup transforming their industry. We went from $8M to $80M in revenue last year in tech, ending the year by raising a Series B. This means we have tons of firepower to back our new verticals-Accounting & Finance is our next big bet.

Responsibilities

• Selling recruiting services to accounting firms
• Building their own book of business in accounting recruiting
• Achieving top performance: quick promotions, Top Biller/Producer, consistently beating quota
• Working in-person 5 days a week in San Francisco

Requirements

• 4 - 10 years of experience selling recruiting services to accounting firms
• Experience building their own book of business in accounting recruiting
• Track record of top performance: quick promotions, Top Biller/Producer, consistently beating quota
• Excited to work in-person 5 days a week in San Francisco

Nice to Have

• Outstanding achievements in some other competitive domain (varsity sports in college, degree from a top university, etc)
