Responsibilities

As an Account Executive, you’ll be a trusted advisor to brands, helping them succeed by tailoring growth strategies to their goals, identifying opportunities, and driving incremental revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include:

Own a book of business acquiring new brands in the Core/Gift categories - from identifying who to target through independently running the full sales cycle to first orders.
Build and manage your own pipeline: prospecting, outreach, discovery, negotiation, close
Own the customer relationship end to end, shaping onboarding plans and deciding when a prospect is or isn't the right fit
Become the go-to expert in the Core/Gift category - trends, blockers, competitive landscape, and mentor a dedicated SDR
Represent Faire externally at trade shows, events, and in the industry

We Offer

Salary Range: $112,000 to $154,000 per year (OTE)

Work Location: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
