About the Team

We are looking for a Banking Account Manager to drive the growth of Glintt Next in the Spanish banking sector. You will be responsible for business development and managing strategic accounts, and will also participate in creating new offers and solutions tailored to the challenges of the financial sector.

Daily Responsibilities

• You will be the point of reference for our banking clients, building solid and long-term relationships.
• You will identify new business opportunities and work to turn them into valuable projects.
• You will design proposals alongside our technical teams and accompany the entire presale process.
• You will drive the opening of new accounts and the growth of our presence in Spanish banking.
• You will help us build new offers and solutions tailored to the current challenges of the financial sector.
• You will collaborate with different teams at Glintt Next to grow our Banking practice in Spain.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the banking sector and understanding of its challenges, needs, and opportunities.
• Experience in business development, consultative sales, and/or presales within Banking.
• Proficiency in the Spanish banking market and experience in dealing with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to transform a business need into an attractive value proposition, working hand-in-hand with technical teams.
• Functional knowledge of areas such as payments, credit and risks, core banking, digital channels, KYC/PBC, compliance, or operations.
• Autonomous, proactive, results-oriented profile with a desire to build and grow business.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
