Account Manager

About the Position

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our digital marketing agency UAMASTER, managing client campaigns and driving results.

Responsibilities

• Management and support of client advertising campaigns, from preparing commercial proposals to defending campaign results.
• Coordination of work groups on advertising campaign projects (task assignment to specialists, control).
• Compiling statistics and analyzing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
• Preparation of client reports.

Requirements

• Strong communicator.
• Experience in project and team management.
• Experience in managing online advertising campaigns on the advertiser or agency side, from 1 year.
• Knowledge of the main frameworks necessary for building a digital strategy.
• Deep knowledge of tools: banner, video and contextual advertising, PPC in social networks, SMM.
• Basic knowledge of tools: SEO, Programmatic, email marketing.
• Ability to "read" media plans.
• Knowledge of XLS and PPT.
• Analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of web analytics tools for data analysis (GA4).
• Fluency in Ukrainian.
• English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Working Conditions

• Workweek: Monday – Friday.
• Flexible schedule: 10:00 – 19:00 or 9:00 – 18:00.

We work with a professional stack: Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, Google Sheets, SEO/ASO tools, and team collaboration systems.

Remote Work
