About the Position

SEO Intern (стажер)

Meta Business Partner.

What We Don't Require from SEO Intern

  • Commercial experience in SEO.
  • Ready cases or a large portfolio.
  • Programming skills.
  • Independently managing client projects.

At the start, what's more important is: attentiveness, logic, a desire to understand, and a willingness to do a lot of basic but necessary hands-on work.

What's Important to Start in SEO

  • Understand at a basic level what a website consists of: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS, pages, templates, content, links.
  • It's not necessary to write code, but it's important not to be afraid to look at the structure of a page, find a title, link, meta tags, or a technical error.
  • It's good to have your own website or educational project: WordPress, Tilda, Wix, blog, landing page, pet project.
  • Have a basic interest in SEO: how Google finds pages, why some sites rank higher than others, how content and technical condition affect the result.
  • Confidently work with Google Sheets / Excel: tables, simple formulas, filters, data accuracy.
  • Write correctly in Ukrainian and read basic documentation in English.

Tasks for SEO Intern

  • Work alongside an SEO specialist and assist with basic site checks using checklists.
  • Collect data for audits: indexing, meta tags, titles, broken links, duplicates, technical errors.
  • Assist with collecting semantics and initial clustering of queries.
  • Prepare drafts of specifications from templates and track task statuses.
  • Maintain tables and simple reporting: positions, traffic, completed tasks, technical indicators.
  • Gradually master Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog / Netpeak Spider, and other SEO tools.

Pluses

  • Own blog, website, landing page, or any experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience with WordPress, Tilda, Wix, or other CMS/builders.
  • Interest in ASO, SERM, or analytics.

Internship Conditions

  • Remote work format.
  • Schedule: 10:00–19:00, Mon–Fri.
  • Mentoring and a development plan with the goal of growing into a Junior SEO specialist.
  • Working on real tasks, but with close support from the team.
  • Paid internship.

The level of payment is determined by the results of the interview. It depends on the basic level, skills, and how quickly you can get involved in the tasks.

What to Mention in Your Response

When responding to the SEO Intern position, briefly write:

  • Why you are interested in the SEO direction;
  • Have you created your own website, blog, landing page, or educational project;
  • Which tools you are already familiar with: Google Sheets, Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, WordPress, etc.;
  • How much time you are willing to dedicate to the internship and what work format is convenient for you.
