What Awaits the Digital Marketing Intern

Requirements for the Digital Marketing Intern
- Communication Skills: Ability to express your thoughts clearly, concisely, and with drive-mandatory. You are not just communicating, you are persuading.
- Basic PC Skills: MS Office, information search, and a bit more than Ctrl+C / Ctrl+V.
- English: Level above intermediate (B2+), because international clients are our bread and butter.
- Desire to Learn: This is not just a requirement, it is our main requirement.

How Work is Structured at UAMASTER
Onboarding
At the start, we help you understand the processes, clients, accesses, templates, and internal checklists. A newcomer is not left alone with tasks.
Tools
We work with a professional stack: Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, Google Sheets, SEO/ASO tools, and team collaboration systems.
Clients and Tasks

Schedule and Remote Work
Most roles can be performed remotely or from Kyiv. We agree on the work rhythm, regular communication, and transparent expectations regarding deadlines.
