Responsibilities

• Develop and expand new and existing customer relationships and engage with exciting future topics around Modern Work, Microsoft 365, and Copilot.
• Your target group includes clients from the upper-middle class and well-known large companies.
• Proactively develop up-selling and cross-selling opportunities with our clients.
• Through needs analyses and targeted consulting, present our service portfolio and showcase suitable services, solutions, and products in the Microsoft environment.
• Advise clients on the use of Microsoft 365 and Copilot and support them in unlocking the value of these solutions for their company.
• Actively expand your network and maintain valuable customer and partner contacts.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by maintaining reliable and competent partnerships on an equal footing.
• Actively contribute to the acquisition of new prospects by participating in conferences and events.

Requirements

• You are at home in the ITK world and always have something exciting to contribute to current IT topics.
• Microsoft 365, Copilot, ME3/ME5, the CSP business, and their meaningful applications are well known to you, and you want to implement these with customers.
• You have a completed degree related to computer science, business informatics, or comparable training.
• With at least 3 years of professional experience, you are a natural talent in the field of sales and customer care for consulting, service, or project services in the IT industry.
• You enjoy exchanging ideas with your customers and identifying new potentials and business opportunities.
• Your strong communication and argumentation skills, along with your high service orientation, make you the "number one contact" for our customers.
• An independent, goal-oriented, and reliable working style, along with performance readiness and assertiveness, speak for you.
• You feel very confident in presentations, contract negotiations, or coordination in English.
