Account Manager (m/w/d) Field Sales

Responsibilities

Winning New Hotel Partners: Proactively identify and approach potential partners, including preparing and negotiating contracts, and making regular business trips to potential partners.
Partnership Management: Professionally manage and continuously expand business relationships with existing cooperation partners in your region.
Sales Activities: Design, implement, and manage targeted sales campaigns.
Onboarding New Partners: Support and guide new partners during the technical connection phase to our hotel comparison.
Performance Optimization: Continuously support partners through regular quality checks and identify measures to improve performance.

Requirements

Professional Experience: Experience in the hotel or online travel industry.
Ideally: First experience in partner / account management.
Enthusiasm: For working with B2B partners and enjoyment in building new business relationships.
Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills combined with high goal orientation.
Work Style: Structured, independent working style and high commitment.
Motivation: High motivation and eagerness to take on responsibility in a dynamically growing internet company.
Technical Skills: Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
Languages: Fluent in German and very good English skills.
Travel: High travel readiness of over 50% within your region.
License: Valid Class B driver's license.
