We are currently looking for an Accounting Agent to join our team in Chisinau, Moldova.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing reports and financial statements
• Checking and verifying sales transactions
• Managing and analyzing statistics related to sales and financial data
• Processing refunds, chargebacks, and other financial adjustments
• Monitoring and reconciling accounts in GDS (Sabre/Amadeus) and ARC (BSP Platform)
• Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and audits
• Ensuring compliance with internal financial policies and external regulations
• Collaborating with other departments to resolve discrepancies
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Supporting month-end and year-end closing procedures

Requirements

• GDS (Sabre/Amadeus)
• ARC platform (BSP Platform)
• Excellent communication skills (English)
• Ability to analyze English text
• Knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
• Experience with payment systems
