About the Position
Business Class is a global travel product company based in the United States. We specialize in the sale of business and premium class air tickets, offering the best prices and service for your flights. We are currently seeking experienced Air Travel Consultants to join our team in Riga, Latvia. Your role will involve assisting and offering support to our clients as they prepare to embark on their journeys around the world.
Responsibilities
- Ability to work during the latter part of the day
- Arrange international flight reservations according to clients’ needs
- Advise clients on available products, travel dates, costs, and accommodations
- Handle travel-related issues, complaints, or refund requests
- Respond to requests for international price quotations using automated systems for worldwide itineraries
- Cultivate and maintain business relationships through regular contact
- Meet profit and sales targets
Requirements
- Proficiency in English
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with great attention to detail
- Travel experience is a plus but not required
