About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Campaign Classic Consultant / Senior Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC).

The role involves working with clients and internal teams to design, configure, implement, and support Adobe Campaign Classic solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of campaign workflows, data workflows, customer segmentation, delivery management, database integrations, and post-implementation support.

This is a client-facing role suited for someone who can understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver scalable campaign management implementations. The candidate will also support troubleshooting, documentation, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement across Adobe Campaign projects.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements from clients and stakeholders.
• Configure and customize Adobe Campaign Classic based on campaign and business requirements.
• Design, build, and manage campaign workflows, data workflows, targeting workflows, and customer journeys.
• Support delivery configuration, personalization, segmentation, approvals, tracking, and campaign monitoring.
• Work on data loading, enrichment, extraction, transformation, and audience segmentation activities.
• Configure database connectivity and support integrations with internal and external systems.
• Work with SQL queries, customer data models, schemas, lists, recipients, services, and subscriptions.
• Support schema customization, data model changes, and platform configuration when required.
• Develop scripts and custom logic using JavaScript and other relevant technologies.
• Support Adobe Campaign Classic installations, upgrades, deployments, and environment configurations.
• Troubleshoot workflow failures, delivery issues, data errors, integration issues, and performance-related problems.
• Perform root cause analysis and provide timely technical resolutions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, configuration documents, and implementation guides.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and provide training to users and internal teams.
• Collaborate with project managers, QA teams, developers, campaign teams, and other stakeholders.
• Provide project updates and support delivery planning and execution.
• Follow Adobe Campaign implementation best practices and contribute to process improvements.
• Mentor junior team members and share technical knowledge within the team.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of total professional experience, including at least 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign Classic.
• Strong experience in Adobe Campaign Classic implementation, configuration, customization, and support.
• Hands-on experience in building campaign workflows, data workflows, targeting workflows, and recurring campaign processes.
• Good understanding of delivery management, personalization, segmentation, approvals, tracking, and monitoring.
• Strong SQL knowledge and experience working with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Experience with data loading, enrichment, transformation, extraction, and database integrations.
• Understanding of Adobe Campaign data models, schemas, lists, recipients, services, subscriptions, and campaign execution processes.
• Experience with JavaScript for workflow activities, custom scripts, and platform customization.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JSON, REST APIs, and web technologies.
• Experience in troubleshooting Adobe Campaign workflows, deliveries, data issues, and integration failures.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Good documentation skills with experience preparing technical specifications and implementation documents.
• Strong communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Willingness to learn and work with Adobe Experience Cloud and related marketing technology platforms.
