About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Adobe Campaign Classic Consultant / Senior Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) for a client-facing role in Bengaluru.
Responsibilities
- Work with clients and internal teams to design, configure, implement, and support Adobe Campaign Classic solutions.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Deliver scalable campaign management implementations.
- Support troubleshooting, documentation, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement across Adobe Campaign projects.
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Adobe Campaign Classic.
- Strong understanding of campaign workflows, data workflows, customer segmentation, delivery management, database integrations, and post-implementation support.
- Proficiency in SQL, scripting, and troubleshooting.
- Client-facing experience.
