About the Position

We are seeking AJO Experts for Optimized Customer Journey Optimization to join our team in Bengaluru, India. This role focuses on creating personalized customer experiences using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions using AEP and AJO
• Configure data ingestion, connectors, and XDM schemas
• Build customer journeys and audience segmentation
• Develop workflows and integrations using APIs
• Execute multi-channel campaigns (email, CRM, etc.)
• Perform data modeling and SQL-based analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements

• 5+ years overall experience
• 2+ years in AEP and AJO
• Strong experience in AEP and AJO
• Strong SQL knowledge
• Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, REST APIs
• Knowledge of XDM schemas and data models
• Basic programming (JS/Python/PHP)
• HTML/CSS knowledge
• Good communication skills
• Adobe Campaign / CDP experience
• Data engineering exposure
• End-to-end project ownership
