Full Stack Engineer (Backend-Focused)

About the Position

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer (Backend-Focused) with 2-3 years experience in Node.js and/or Nest.js to join our team in Bangalore. You will take ownership of backend architecture, API development, and system design while collaborating with frontend teams for seamless integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain reliable backend systems using Node.js or Nest.js
• Develop RESTful APIs, data models, business logic, and third-party integrations
• Work with frontend developers on API integration and clear data contracts
• Contribute to frontend modules in React or Angular whenever required
• Take part in system design discussions, sprint reviews, and client communication
• Write scalable, maintainable, well-structured, and properly tested code

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and/or Nest.js as a primary skill
• Working knowledge of React.js or Angular for frontend coordination
• Experience in database design using SQL and/or NoSQL databases
• Good understanding of REST API architecture and integration patterns
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for client-facing communication
