Affiliate Manager

About the Position

Join our fast-growing business group as an Affiliate Manager, where you'll manage key strategic partners and grow profitable affiliate accounts in iGaming.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow key strategic partners and the most profitable affiliate accounts
• Acquire high-value partners and strategic traffic sources
• Conduct complex negotiations and establish customized partnership terms
• Perform in-depth traffic performance analysis and scale profitable traffic sources and campaigns
• Work with CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models at an advanced level
• Lead anti-fraud efforts and handle non-standard or high-risk traffic sources
• Launch and develop new GEOs and acquisition channels
• Collaborate with large media buying teams and manage complex partnership cases
• Provide support and expertise to Middle and Junior Affiliate Managers on complex issues upon Team Lead request
• Demonstrate deep iGaming expertise and consistently achieve KPIs in high-pressure environments

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within iGaming, with a proven track record of scaling affiliate partnerships
• Deep understanding of key performance metrics (FD, RD, R2D, LTV, Churn)
• Advanced proficiency in analytics tools, including Tableau and affiliate platforms; experience with predictive modeling is a plus
• Experience independently representing an affiliate program at industry conferences; understanding of regulatory requirements across key GEOs
• Proven success cases where the candidate played a key role in achieving results
• Established personal network of Tier 2–3 affiliates and partners
