Affiliate Manager

About the Position

We are seeking an Affiliate Manager with 1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in iGaming, to join our dynamic team. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement and is based in various locations including Armenia, Cyprus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, and Poland.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, onboarding, and scaling new affiliate partners
• Managing existing partners and maintaining regular communication
• Negotiating partnership terms and commercial conditions
• Analyzing traffic performance and key metrics (FTD, ROI, CPA, RevShare, LTV)
• Optimizing traffic funnels, offers, and marketing campaigns
• Monitoring traffic quality and performing basic fraud analysis
• Working with trackers, CRM systems, and affiliate platforms
• Testing new GEOs and traffic sources
• Collaborating with internal teams (Fraud, Retention, Marketing)
• Achieving KPI targets for traffic, deposits, and partner performance

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in iGaming
• Understanding of key metrics (FD, RD, R2D, LTV, churn) and how they are used in performance analysis
• Ability to work with analytics tools and affiliate dashboards, basic experience with Tableau or similar tools is a plus
• Experience managing and developing affiliate partners
• Basic understanding of traffic sources (Facebook, SEO, PPC, ASO, UAC)
• Ability to analyze traffic performance and draw simple conclusions from data
• Experience in communication and negotiation with partners
• Participation in industry conferences is a plus
• Having existing contacts or network in affiliate marketing is a plus
• Examples of personal contribution to successful cases (growth, scaling, improvement of results)
