About the Position
We’re looking for an Affiliate Manager to grow and scale our partnership programs within a digital marketing agency. If you have experience with affiliate platforms, know how to build strong partner relationships, and are results-driven - this role is for you. We’re seeking someone who can help expand our affiliate direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and develop new partners (webmasters, media buying teams, CPA networks)
- Maintain communication with partners: present offers, provide support, and motivate
- Manage affiliate campaigns: launch, tracking control, performance analysis
- Work with platforms like HasOffers, Affise, Voluum, Binom
- Implement and optimize UTM tags, postbacks, and tracking pixels
- Prepare performance reports for affiliate channels (CR, EPC, ROI)
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and innovations in affiliate marketing
- Collaborate with the internal PPC team to align offers and creatives
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing
- Knowledge of CPA, CPL, and RevShare models
- Proficiency with trackers, CRM systems, and analytics tools
- Strong communication skills, proactivity, and results orientation
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and advertising tools
- Fluent in Ukrainian
- English suitable for business correspondence
- Experience working with international partners is a plus
