Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: As an Architect, you will take technical responsibility for AI-driven solutions and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Data Science Excellence: Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models (e.g., Random Forests, K-Means, CNNs, LSTMs, Transformers) and integrate them into production systems.
• GenAI Innovation: Design and implement advanced generative AI solutions such as RAG systems, multi-agent architectures, and leverage state-of-the-art LLMs/VLMs.
• Client Engagement: As a technical product owner, shape the client interface, identify business potential beyond the project, and support acquisition activities.
• Team Empowerment: Enhance your team through your expertise, communication skills, and ambitious approach.

Requirements

• Strong ambition and a sense of responsibility, combining excellent abstraction skills with clear, impactful communication.
• Deep understanding of data science, machine learning, and generative AI with proven project experience.
• Development of classical ML/statistical models and GenAI-based solutions, and their integration into production-ready software.
• Good knowledge in software development and cloud technologies.
• Ideally, experience in MLOps/LLMOps.
• General willingness to work on-site at the client's location.
