AI-Augmented Developer (Full Stack area)

About the Position

The company develops advanced platforms that aggregate tender, investment, and grant data, delivering daily information feeds, industry reports, and tools that support sales and marketing activities (profiling, campaign support, telemarketing). Customer service and HR teams work closely with analytics and IT units to deliver implementations, training, and post-sale support. Responsibilities

• Development and optimization of systems: Expanding backend and frontend architecture of portals based on large datasets.
• Database management and tuning: Designing schemas, query optimization, and maintaining performance of PostgreSQL and MySQL databases with millions of records. SOLR/Elasticsearch (full-text, faceted search).
• AI integration in daily work: Actively and effectively using AI tools to speed up code writing and automate tasks.
• API / automation design: Creating secure, scalable, and efficient endpoints for external clients and internal integrations.
• Ensuring code quality: Writing tests independently (unit/integration) and creating and updating technical documentation.

Requirements

• Full-stack experience: Practical, project-backed knowledge of a chosen backend ecosystem (Python, Node.js, PHP) and a frontend framework (e.g., React, Vue) or plain, efficient JS.
• Databases & Search at an Advanced level: Knowledge of Postgres (indexing, query optimization) and experience with Elasticsearch.
• AI-Driven Development: Ability to effectively use AI assistants to boost personal productivity (while maintaining critical thinking and verifying code).
• Knowledge of best practices: Experience with containerization (Docker), writing automated tests, and documenting architecture.
• High level of autonomy: Ability to map general business needs to concrete technical solutions without detailed specifications.
• Product thinking: Understanding architectural consequences (performance, security, data pagination) for publicly or commercially available systems.
• Communication skills: Ability to ask the business the right clarifying questions before starting to code.
