AI-Empowered Mid / Senior Fullstack Developer

We build and develop proprietary, scalable Enterprise-class platforms for international markets. Our systems comprehensively and intelligently manage complex business processes and lifecycles, handling millions of operations monthly.

We are looking for people who don't want to write repetitive code in legacy systems. If you care about clean architecture, working with a modern tech stack, and the real-world application of AI tools in your daily coding – this role is for you.

Core Tech Stack: Java 21+ / Angular 22+

How do we actually use AI in our daily work? In our team, AI is an engineering tool, not just a marketing buzzword. We operate within the Spec Driven Development paradigm:

• AI Agents Support: We use AI tools for the technical documentation of our modules, task specification, building technical plans, as well as verifying and testing tasks.
• Focus on Architecture: Thanks to the automation of tedious tasks, you get more time to design complex business logic and optimize system performance.
• Modern Environment: We work in an ecosystem integrated with advanced AI solutions (including Google Workspace AI).

Your Profile

• Experience in building and developing web applications
• Strong knowledge of Java and the Spring Boot ecosystem, along with the ability to design efficient REST APIs
• Proficiency in creating user interfaces using the Angular framework (TypeScript)
• Architectural thinking – understanding and practical application of design patterns and clean code principles (SOLID, Clean Code, TDD)
• Practical skills in working with document (e.g., MongoDB) and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
• English language skills at a min. B2 level, allowing for fluent communication within the team as well as reading and creating technical documentation
• Programming with the use of AI in the SDD (Spec Driven Development) model

Nice to Have:

• Understanding of complex enterprise products, business processes, or specific market regulations
• Experience in designing distributed systems, working with Docker/Kubernetes, and optimizing system performance
• Practical knowledge of DDD (Domain-Driven Design), Event-Driven Architecture, or advanced experience in automated testing (TDD, integration tests)

Responsibilities

• Development of proprietary Comarch products for Polish and international markets
• Designing, analyzing, and implementing solutions according to requirements
• Introducing new features and fixing bugs in existing applications
• Ensuring high code quality by applying good programming practices: Clean Code, Code Review
• Collaborating with the project team in software development and deploying new system versions within an agreed scope
