Our Graduate Development Program is a three-year journey designed for recent graduates who are eager to challenge existing processes and are driven to automate and reinvent the way things work. The program is structured into 4 progressive phases, each with distinct learning objectives. Tasks evolve according to your abilities and interests, ensuring the experience is as individual as you are.
From day one, you will join ION on a full-time permanent contract, carry real accountability on live projects, and be paired with senior professionals who guide your development throughout the entire journey.
Responsibilities
- Gain hands-on experience with state-of-the-art methodologies and technologies in our agile product development environment.
- Contribute directly to the development of ION's products, from requirements through to delivery.
- Design, develop, train, evaluate, and iterate on Machine Learning models and Generative AI solutions.
- Work with Language Models (LLMs) and related techniques (e.g., prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, fine-tuning, evaluation).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and ship innovative, high-impact products.
- Solve complex technical problems and translate them into scalable, efficient solutions.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a STEM discipline - obtained within the last year or currently in progress, with a strong academic record.
- Programming experience in one or more of: Python, Typescript, JavaScript.
- Strong communicator, collaborative by nature, and fluent in English (B2+).
- Based in Italy or willing to relocate; non-EU candidates must hold a valid EU work permit.
Salary
€33,000 - €38,000 a year
