Responsibilities

• Building agent pipelines that transform an idea into a ready-made episode of a series without manual steps between script, generation, and editing.
• Transitioning working prototypes (MVP, PoC) into production-ready systems with a web interface used by the entire team.
• Designing a unified Knowledge Base accessible to both humans and agents, as the foundation for collaborative work across different departments.
• Rapidly integrating new generative models (video, text) into production on the day of their release.
• Searching for and implementing new architectures of agent systems: multi-agent workflows, tool calling, memory, guardrails, self-recovery.
• Analyzing patterns in user interactions with agents and automating typical scenarios without human intervention.
• Reducing time and manual editing at every stage of content production - from script to final editing.
• Continuously monitoring new models, techniques, and practices in generative AI and their rapid adaptation in production.

Requirements

• 3-4+ years as an engineer/developer.
• Experience with Typescript, Nest.js, and Next.js.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker.
• Understanding of Observability.
• Production experience with Agentic AI Architecture: designing autonomous agents, hierarchical planning, orchestration of multi-agent systems, dynamic workflows, tool execution, and persistent state using TypeScript and LangGraph.js/Mastra.
• Experience with AI Memory & Knowledge Architecture: GraphRAG, vector databases, Neo4j, knowledge graphs, entity resolution, semantic search, and long-term agent memory.
• Experience with multimodal generative AI: orchestrating LLMs, vision-language models, and video generation models; automated quality assessment, visual consistency, iterative regeneration, and human-in-the-loop architectures.
• Experience implementing Agentic AI systems - multi-agent workflows, tool calling, MCP, RAG, state/memory, structured outputs, evaluations, guardrails, and recovery.
• Experience with generative video - video generation models/API, asynchronous media pipelines, FFmpeg, ensuring consistency, and automatic quality control.

• Python for AI/ML prototypes and model work
• Fine-tuning, LoRA, PyTorch
• GPU infrastructure and inference optimization
• Computer vision, lip-sync, character consistency
• Knowledge graphs and hybrid RAG
