AI Product Manager - Prompt Engineering

We’re looking for a Technical AI Product Manager to build and deploy AI assistants and custom agents that solve real business problems. This is a hands-on role combining product discovery + prompt engineering + no-code implementation using platforms like Glean, Replit, Copilot Studio, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to identify high-impact problems AI can solve.
• Convert needs into clear product requirements, workflows, and success metrics.
• Build and launch AI assistants using no-code/low-code tools.
• Write and optimize prompts to improve accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
• Ensure agents follow security, privacy, and data access guidelines.
• Track adoption and performance, and continuously improve agent outcomes.

Requirements

• U.S.-based and able to work across domestic time zones.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience (Technical PM preferred).
• Strong experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Hands-on experience building AI assistants/agents using no-code/low-code platforms.
• Comfortable working with data sources, integrations, and logic flows (no heavy coding required).
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
