About the Position

Developer - ServiceNow (Job ID - 2242)

We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer with 5-8 years of experience to join our team in India, focusing on designing and implementing custom applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop, troubleshoot, and implement baseline and custom applications to enhance the ServiceNow platform.
• Manage the platform to ensure stability and implement architectural changes when necessary.
• Design, develop, and implement solutions and supporting modules like ITSB, ITBM, ITAM, and ITOM to address complex business issues.
• Work effectively with stakeholders both internally and externally to the organization.
• Understand business requirements and implement technical requirements while working with standard design principles.
• Engage with the Architect and Team Leads to produce high-level and/or detailed design of requirements.
• Estimating development effort for requirements.
• Demonstrate experience working with workflows in one or more key areas of the ServiceNow platform (e.g., ITSM, CSM, ITOM, SecOps).
• Drive process optimization, efficiencies, and productivity using automation.
• Act as a mentor to support less experienced colleagues.
• Develop and implement new ServiceNow applications and integrations from initiation to completion, tailored to the customer requirements.
• Develop workflows and scripts to personalize existing ServiceNow applications and automate and improve business processes.
• Understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation, and delivery of high-quality solutions to our customers.
• Design quality features and think about how the applications and solutions will evolve in the future.
• Solve complex problems in a highly dynamic and agile environment.
• Have a strong focus on code quality and reusability.

Requirements

• Minimum 3.5 years of ServiceNow Design and Development experience apart from support/admin.
• Good to have any ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification or Application Developer Certification.
• ITSM/ITBM/ITOM/Security Ops/GRC development experience (Good to have).
• Hands-on experience in Integration of third-party APIs - Primary skills: ServiceNow ITSM/GRC Dev engineer.
• Must be CSA certified and great plus if certified as Implementation specialist.
• Hands-On Experience in Integration of API's.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development (Not administration).
• B.E/B.Tech/M.C.A/MSc (preferably in Computer Science/IT).
