Nice to have's
Job description
About the Position
AI Strategy Consultant (Searce)
Searce is expanding its GCC practice across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Qatar. We are seeking an AI Strategy Consultant to bridge the gap between client business problems and concrete AI use cases. You will work directly with client stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into scoped, deliverable technical approaches.
This role is unique, combining elements of both engineering and consulting. You will be comfortable in discussions with business leadership and equally adept at scoping AI/data solutions.
Responsibilities
- Run structured discovery sessions with client business stakeholders to identify real problems worth solving.
- Lead workshops and sessions to transform ambiguous business goals into prioritized AI use cases.
- Collaborate with Searce's technical presales and delivery teams to ensure feasibility and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Maintain and update the requirements document and use case backlog for each engagement.
- Represent Searce credibly in client conversations, ensuring realistic expectations.
- Support pre-sales by shaping opportunities, contributing to proposals, and working with the technical team to size efforts.
- Stay embedded through delivery to ensure alignment with client requests and flag any drift early.
- Act as the connective layer between the client and Searce's technical team, resolving misalignments before they become delivery issues.
- Build client relationships to surface expansion opportunities and feed them back to the Managing Partner.
Requirements
Experience
- Approximately 10 years of total professional experience.
- At least 5 years in management consulting (strategy, technology, or transformation consulting).
- A track record of working directly with senior client stakeholders on ambiguous, business-first problems.
Technical Background
- A degree or academic background in computing, data, or AI is a plus, not a prerequisite.
- Genuine comfort with technical concepts and a willingness to build fluency in AI/ML fundamentals on the job.
- Prior exposure to cloud or data platforms is helpful but not required (Google Cloud is a plus, given Searce's partnership).
Other
- Strong written and verbal English.
- Arabic is a strong plus, not required.
- Willingness and ability to sustain a heavy regional travel schedule (approximately 3 weeks per month).
We Offer
- Direct work with the client and an ownership culture.
- 20 working days of vacation and 15 sick days.
- At least 11 public holidays.
- Medical expenses compensation (after the trial period).
- Fitness membership (after the trial period).
- Corporate events.
