DevOps & Cloud Engineer Job Opening | Pattem Digital
DevOps & Cloud Engineers are responsible for building, managing, and optimizing cloud infrastructure that supports reliable, secure, and scalable software delivery. This role focuses on cloud operations, automation, CI/CD implementation, and infrastructure management across modern cloud platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure across GCP and AWS
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for frontend and backend applications
- Monitor system performance, uptime, availability, and cloud cost efficiency
- Manage containerized workloads using Docker, Kubernetes, and related tools
- Apply security best practices across cloud infrastructure and deployment workflows
- Work with engineering leads to align infrastructure setup with project requirements
- Document infrastructure configurations and maintain clear operational runbooks
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with GCP and AWS on real shipped projects (mandatory)
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools - GitHub Actions, Cloud Build, Jenkins, or similar
- Experience with Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of networking, security groups, IAM, and cloud cost management
- Experience deploying Node.js / Next.js based applications
- Clear communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
