About the Position

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst with experience in IT projects to join our leading financial institution in developing digital banking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the business needs and requirements of end-users for feasibility and consistency.
• Co-create analytical and business documentation (User stories, Use cases, process diagrams).
• Design functionalities using available tools (Ferryt platform).
• Describe business rules and system operation logic.
• Document agreements and decisions from workshops and project meetings with stakeholders.
• Actively participate in stakeholder meetings at all stages of the solution development process (from analysis to testing).
• Facilitation - support in formulating requirements and supporting the development team in understanding them.
• Work in SCRUM methodology - participation in workshops, daily meetings, refinements, demos.

Requirements

• Experience in the role of business analyst, systems business analyst, or a related position.
• Experience in working with stakeholders in IT projects – gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements.
• Ability to create and read models (UML, BPMN).
• Practical knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Analytical and/or algorithmic thinking ability.
• Communicativeness and teamwork skills in an agile environment.
• Focus on achieving common goals.
• Knowledge of low-code platforms (e.g., Ferryt).

Junior:

• Number of years of professional experience in Ferryt: >6 months

• Number of years of professional experience in IT: >6 months

• Number of years of professional experience in Ferryt or another BPMN platform: >2 years

• Number of years of professional experience in IT: >4 years

Senior:

• Number of years of professional experience in Ferryt or another BPMN platform: >4 years
• Number of years of professional experience in IT: >4 years

Nice to Have

• Understanding of application/system operation and IT architecture.
• Knowledge of banking products and processes.
