Responsibilities

• Participation in the qualification of potential targets through strategic, operational, and financial criteria.
• Involvement in the execution phases through due diligence, business plan construction, valuation, and analysis of legal documentation.
• Contribution to the Group's M&A strategy discussions in collaboration with the Strategy and Innovation Department.
• Conducting competitive intelligence and market movement analysis in the Group's sectors of activity.
• Assisting in the preparation of materials for Group bodies (Board of Directors, Audit Committee, Investment Committee, etc.).

Requirements

• Currently in a Bac +5 program at a business school or engineering school.
• Previous internship experience in investment banking, consulting, or corporate M&A is required.
• Mastery of corporate finance fundamentals, including major valuation methods, and the ability to build financial models.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and financial databases (MergerMarkets, Refinitiv Eikon).
