The Role

As an Application Consultant at Extenda Retail, you will work closely with our clients and act as a product expert, helping them understand and make the most of our solution. You will work with well-known companies across logistics, retail, and e-commerce, analyzing their needs and translating them into functional requirements that shape the solution. With a strong understanding of workflows, processes, and the logistics industry, you will be at the heart of the business, helping our clients succeed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of service and develop a strong understanding of clients' business needs.
• Have a direct impact on clients' day-to-day operations by helping develop and optimize their logistics flows.
• Work in cross-functional teams, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to deliver solutions that create real value for clients.
• Contribute to the intersection of technology and business, growing professionally while making a real impact.

Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science/Logistics or equivalent experience.
• An understanding of WMS and/or ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Java, C#, or Typescript.
• Fluency in English and Swedish, spoken and written.
