Solutions Consultant (Presales)
At Extenda Retail, we believe in driving equitable value from the investment in your physical supply chain. By optimizing the inbound flow of goods and maximizing the use of finite resources, we help protect and drive a return on invested capital while optimizing outbound fulfillment.
Nyce.logic, a division of Extenda Retail, specializes in Warehouse Management System (WMS) technology and consulting for 3PLs, retailers, and wholesalers across Scandinavia. We are seeking a Solutions Consultant (Presales) to join our team and present our software solution, nyce.logic WMS, to prospective and existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Assist Sales in qualification, discovery, and building value propositions.
- Respond to RFIs and RFPs.
- Participate in client discussions to develop and deliver presentations and product demos.
- Articulate the product's future direction and overall solutions.
- Support Marketing in launching new initiatives, campaigns, and education.
- Ensure handover from pre-sales to the Professional Services organization post-sales.
- Support implementations in Germany as a trusted advisor/application consultant.
Requirements
- Experience in warehousing, 3PL, Management Consulting (supply chain/logistics/warehousing), or WMS software is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of pre-sales or WMS consultant experience.
- University degree (BS/BA).
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills for both business and technical audiences.
- Strong skills in delivering solution demos that demonstrate business impact.
- Structured, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent in German and English.
