About the Position

Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile: Application Support.NET Specialist. If you are passionate about supporting critical business applications, managing incidents, and ensuring system stability, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Support and evolve critical business applications, ensuring system stability, integration reliability, and continuous service improvement.
• Manage and analyze incidents, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), conducting root cause analysis, and implementing permanent solutions.
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement, simplify processes, and ensure effective knowledge transfer and documentation.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Application Support, Systems Integration, or Software Development.
• Strong experience with NET / C#, REST APIs, system integrations, SQL, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience in incident management, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and problem resolution in production environments, including Azure DevOps and log analysis.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Oracle Database / PL-SQL or Linux environments and shell scripting.
