Apprenticeship as a cutting machine operator in milling technology (m/f/d)

About the Position

We are looking for an apprentice to join our team as a cutting machine operator in milling technology (m/f/d). This 3.5-year apprenticeship will make you a specialist in the machining of workpieces made of metal and sometimes also plastic. You will work with milling machine systems to produce precision components made of metal/plastic. Above all, your work will require extreme precision.

With so much precision, it’s a good thing that the majority of manufacturing processes are now carried out by machines. Almost all of the machines you work with during your apprenticeship are computer-controlled. That’s why a large part of your apprenticeship is dedicated to programming CNC machines, i.e. computer-controlled machines.

Start of training: 01.09.2025

• Ensuring extreme precision in all tasks

Requirements

• At least good QA or intermediate school leaving certificate
• Technical interest and understanding
• Good grades in maths and physics
• Spatial imagination
• Willingness to take responsibility and perform
• Craftsmanship
• Independent and responsible work
• Willingness to learn and a high degree of flexibility
• Ability to work in a team
• Physical resilience
