About the Position

Apprenticeship as an Industrial Clerk (m/f/d)

An industrial company requires many different materials, raw materials, machines, and labor for production. As an industrial clerk, you will learn how to purchase, organize, and manage these. In addition to marketing and selling products, your training will include planning and controlling production, realizing customer orders, calculations, financial accounting, invoicing, and dunning.

During your apprenticeship, you will work in the purchasing, order processing, accounting, internal sales, dispatch, and logistics departments. You will familiarize yourself with different process steps and gain a lot of experience.

The training period is 3 years.

Start of training: 01.09.2025

Responsibilities

• Learn to purchase, organize, and manage materials and labor
• Assist in marketing and selling products
• Participate in planning and controlling production
• Realize customer orders
• Perform calculations, financial accounting, invoicing, and dunning

Requirements

• At least a good QA or intermediate school leaving certificate
• Interest in economic contexts
• High service orientation and friendly demeanor
• Sense of responsibility
• Good mathematical knowledge
• Good computer skills
