Area Sales Manager – Healthcare

Responsibilities

• Drive market growth and team performance in hospice and palliative care services
• Partner with Program Directors and Regional Sales leadership to develop and execute sales strategies
• Manage community liaison teams and ensure they're equipped to engage target accounts effectively
• Provide hands-on training and ongoing support to empower team members
• Generate regular reports on sales metrics, visit frequency, referrals, and KPIs for the region
• Assist in recruiting and hiring community liaison staff for open and growth positions
• Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices in sales strategies
• Drive growth in local and regional patient census

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Minimum 4 years of healthcare sales or community liaison experience (hospice preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of management experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of hospice regulations
• Proven success in growing patient census
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation

• Compensation: $110,000–$120,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
