About the Position

Lantek, a leading software company specializing in CAD/CAM/MES/ERP software solutions for sheet metal processing and steel construction, is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive sales in the metalworking industry, leveraging Industry 4.0 solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop competitive sales plans and strategies in the assigned area.
Maintain customer relationships and identify additional needs.
Acquire new customers and follow up on leads in the region.
Present software solutions.
Draft requirement profiles for projects, create offers, and task descriptions.
Assist in the handover to the technical team and follow up on the sales process.

Requirements

University degree in a technical field (science, engineering, etc.).
At least 3 years of experience in the sales of enterprise software at the project level.
Advanced knowledge of business and manufacturing practices.
Experience in the configuration, implementation, and support of enterprise software.
Experience in designing and presenting solutions for specific customer needs.
Proven success in achieving sales quotas for enterprise software.
Ability to discuss important industry issues at multiple levels and become a subject matter expert.
