About the Position

Assistant Account Manager (Croatian Market)

Click&Boat is the European leader in boat rentals. Our marketplace makes boating accessible around the world, from a day trip to a week-long adventure, while enabling private and professional boat owners to generate additional income through rentals. To support this growth, we are hiring an Assistant Account Manager to join a dynamic team in our Barcelona office and continue building a world-class, creative organization by finding the best talent for our incredible culture.

Responsibilities

Onboarding new partners (80%): You will be in charge of onboarding new partners who register on Click&Boat, and assist them throughout the creation of their boat listings (ad, pictures, etc.) as well as showing them how the platform works.
Side missions (20%): You will be in take part on various operational tasks, including but not limited to:
- Account Management: helping our partners to maximize the potential of their accounts (by updating the ads and ensuring that the calendars are up to date, for instance) and enhancing their engagement with the platform (answering their questions and doubts related to its use).
- Monthly side operations: According to business needs you will be involved on side missions such as carrying out market researches or participating actively in the BU weekly/monthly presentations.

Requirements

Bilingual in Croatian and English: To be able to communicate with customers, you are bilingual in Croatian and speak fluently English.
Customer facing role: Ideally, you have a first experience (internship or student / summer job) in a customer facing role.
Dynamic and communicative: You are dynamic and at ease on the phone, you enjoy advising and are an ongoing person. Customer satisfaction is your main source of motivation!
Team player: You are a team player who inspires trust, ready to take initiatives and battle for user satisfaction.
Interest in start-ups: You are interested in start-up environments; you are proactive and ready to share your ideas to improve our services.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of another language: The knowledge of another language is highly valued.
Boating background: If you have a boating background and interest, it’s even more perfect!
