Quick Summary

We are recruiting an E-commerce Assistant to ensure the effective management of operational processes in our online store. You will support the management of orders, stock, and logistics, contributing to customer satisfaction.

This is a seasonal project, with immediate entry and expected to end by the end of September.

Responsibilities

• Process and track orders from separation to dispatch;
• Control and update stock, including entries, exits, and inventories;
• Integrate and verify orders between platforms such as the website, marketplaces, and ERP;
• Issue shipping documents and labels;
• Monitor deliveries and resolve logistics issues;
• Communicate directly with carriers and logistics operators;
• Support the organization of stock in the warehouse.

Requirements

• Experience or knowledge in e-commerce operational routines;
• Organization, agility, and attention to detail;
• Good problem-solving skills;
