As part of the House of HR Group – a leading, Europe-wide active HR service group – House of SOLCOM is seeking a structured individual to further develop their subsidiary ibb house of engineering GmbH as an Assistenz Engineering (m/w/d).

ibb house of engineering is a complete provider in the CAD sector – from design to qualification and the qualified assignment of specialists. With solid engineering expertise, cross-industry experience, and a flair for innovation, we develop customized solutions for demanding development and design projects. Our portfolio is complemented by practical CAD training.

Your Tasks

• As an organizational hub, you will support our project leaders and ensure smooth operations in the engineering environment.
• From quote preparation to invoicing, you will accompany commercial processes and keep track of deadlines, deadlines, and open issues.
• The maintenance of project, customer, and order data in our systems is part of your area of responsibility, as well as the creation of new customers and contacts.
• Budget statuses, performance statements, and accounting-relevant evaluations will be created, updated, and tracked by you.
• For correct project billing, you will check and process time entries, vacation, and sick leave.
• Research on company data and the preparation of credit insurance applications complement your varied tasks.
• In close coordination with project management, employees, sales, accounting, and customers, you will coordinate administrative and commercial processes.
• Furthermore, you will take care of diverse assistance and back-office tasks and contribute to ensuring that our engineering team can focus on the essentials.

• A commercial education or comparable qualification
• Initial experience in an assistant, project, or back-office environment
• A structured, independent, and reliable working style
• Enjoyment of organization, numbers, and administrative processes
• Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel
