Associate Analog IC Design Engineer

About the Position

Associate Analog IC Design Engineer 模拟芯片研发工程师（27年应届生岗）

We are seeking an Associate Analog IC Design Engineer to develop, qualify, validate, design-in, and support next-generation IC products for applications such as Opamp, interface, and isolation chips.

Responsibilities

• Design, debug, and test new products and support old products.
• Use different kinds of design tools to design and verify analog circuits.
• Work closely with back-end designers to correctly implement analog designs to layout and do post-layout simulation.
• Collaborate with VE/ATE testing engineers at the lab for chip debugging, testing, and necessary customer support.
• Understand and verify any new manufacturing process or flow.
• Write block-level design specifications according to chip specifications. Write design guides at the block level.
• Prove design to satisfy the chip specifications through checklists, simulation results in design review.

Requirements

• MS EE or related field
• Strong fundamentals in analog IC design
• MSEE Degree with an Electrical Engineering background (or relevant discipline)
• Understanding of basic electronic circuits (amplifiers, filters, ADC/DAC, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot circuits
• Good verbal and written communication skills; ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Previous lab experience with circuit testing is a plus
