Associate – Cross-Border Litigation & International Arbitration Practice

About the Position

We are seeking a mid-level associate (3–5 years of experience) to join our team and work on complex cross-border litigation and international arbitration matters.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and coordinating multi-jurisdictional disputes.
• Support case strategy, procedural management, and preparation of submissions.
• Coordinate work with external counsel, experts, and international teams.
• Prepare legal memoranda, procedural documents, and case materials.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of practical experience in cross-border litigation and/or international arbitration.
• Experience coordinating complex international disputes.
• Fluent English and Ukrainian (mandatory).
• Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Responsiveness, availability, “hand-on”/”can do” approach.

Location

Preferably based in the EU.

Willingness for extensive international travel.
