About the Position

ETERNA LAW, ranked among the top 8 law firms in Ukraine and highly recommended by Legal 500 EMEA 2022, is currently seeking a highly motivated attorney to join our Criminal Law practice. Responsibilities

• Participation in local/regional/global projects as a team member;
• Analyzing cases under Ukrainian and foreign legislation;
• Providing legal advice to clients in the field of criminal law.
• Preparation and filing of procedural documents at all stages of criminal proceedings.
• Monitoring of legislation (changes in legislation in the field of criminal law and procedure).
• Participation in negotiations on projects;
• Communicating with clients.

Requirements

• Obligatory to have a higher legal education;
• Practical experience of work as an attorney in the sphere of criminal law not less than 3 years.
• The presence of the certificate of the right to engage in the legal profession.
• Excellent knowledge of the legislation;
• Ground knowledge of criminal law, as well as the process.
• Practical positive experience of self-directed case at all stages of criminal proceedings.
• Fluency in English is a prerequisite;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Good team player;
• Independent decision making;
• Attention to detail.
