About the Position

We are looking for a highly motivated Associate to join IT Disputes Practice.

Responsibilities

Advising clients on various International Arbitration, Cross-border Litigation matters;
Participate in local/regional/global projects as a member of the team;
Representing clients before Ukrainian courts as well as arbitral tribunals;
Legal research and analysis of Ukrainian and foreign case law;
Contractual work, drafting and reviewing various documents and case submissions;
Project/time management, supervision and mentoring junior members of the team;

Degree in Law from reputable Ukrainian university; LL.M. from foreign university will be considered as an advantage;
2+ years of relevant work experience at a reputable local or international law firm;
Attorney-at-law certificate;
Client-oriented approach and result-oriented personality;
Participation in moot courts, passion for international/alternative dispute resolution;
Excellent command in both Ukrainian and legal English (both verbal and writing);
Proficient computer skills, especially in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, Databases and research tools;
Strong time management and organizational skills, attention to details;
Resilience and tenacity – able to remain effective and focused under pressure;
Team player.
