Blending our deep industry and technology advisory capability, we create innovative business solutions for Fortune 500 clients. And now, we're looking for our next colleague who'll join us in shaping the future of business. Could it be you?

About the Role

As an Associate Partner, Consulting - Supply Chain and Manufacturing, you will make an impact by leading complex program management for Supply Chain and Manufacturing initiatives and providing domain advisory across large-scale enterprise environments, leveraging deep expertise in AI in manufacturing and Industry 4.0 use cases. • Drive structured program management for complex Supply Chain and manufacturing initiatives by planning scope, milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure predictable and high-quality delivery outcomes; oversee multi-tower consulting programs by coordinating work across business process experts, technical specialists, and change management resources.
  • Guide clients through domain-centric assessments to identify gaps, define target operating models, and recommend pragmatic transformation roadmaps; conduct workshops and create Industry 5.0 Roadmaps for clients.
  • Provide methodology-driven governance forums where program status, risks, financials, and benefits realization are reviewed with client executives; manage stakeholder expectations by translating complex technical and domain concepts into clear narratives that support informed choices and sustainable adoption.
  • Mentor senior consultants and program managers through coaching on domain insight, program discipline, and client handling; collaborate with business development teams to shape proposals and solution narratives, while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and client-specific controls across all consulting work products.
  • Consistently demonstrate the Cognizant Way to Lead, which means operating with Personal Leadership (building trust, collaboration, and inclusion), Organizational Leadership (driving vision and purpose, demonstrating a strategic and enterprise mindset, and creating and communicating a bold direction that inspires purpose), and Business Leadership (exemplifying client focus, managing ambiguity with accountability and results, and operating with financial acumen).

Requirements

  • Extensive experience applying deep domain knowledge to large consulting programs, enabling clients to redesign processes and achieve tangible business outcomes across multiple industries.
  • Strong proficiency in managing complex PeopleSoft programs including requirement structuring, release planning, dependency resolution, and benefit tracking in enterprise environments.
  • Advanced capability in stakeholder engagement including executive presentations, negotiation of scope decisions, and facilitation of steering forums to maintain alignment and governance discipline.
  • Mature risk and issue management methods that prioritize early identification, impact analysis, and action planning to keep large consulting programs stable and controllable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to connect client challenges with actionable solution designs and program structures that are both feasible and scalable for long-term value.

Nice to Have

  • Proven exposure to manufacturing execution concepts such as production sequencing, shop floor data capture, and performance reporting for relevant client scenarios.
  • Expertise in hybrid work models-effectively using digital collaboration tools, documentation practices, and remote coordination approaches to maintain productivity and cohesion in day-shift teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to institute reusable frameworks, playbooks, and knowledge repositories that enhance future delivery efficiency and innovation.
  • Embodiment of the Cognizant Way to Lead: Leading Self, Leading Others, & Leading the Business.
