Structures Multi-Program Engineering in Boeing Commercial Airplanes is hiring for an Associate (Level 2) Staff Analyst for our BSC Site Workforce Development and Resource Management Team to work at our North Charleston, SC location.

This is a great opportunity to work in the Commercial Airplanes South Carolina Design Center, as a Staff Analyst supporting the development of our Mechanical and Structural Technical community.
Responsibilities
- Collects and assembles data from multiple sources.
- Conducts research and assists with the evaluation of organizational issues.
- Supports leadership in the strategic intent and directional focus of large facilitated meetings and events.
- Summarizes and reviews documentation and develops informational or technical materials.
- Gathers customer requirements for projects.
- Develops and maintains the project schedule, monitors and tracks execution of the plan.
- Works with the team to plan and execute employee-related activities and initiatives.
- Plans and coordinates group-level facility requirements.
- Provides status reports.
- Maintains and tracks training requirements.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree with a focus on education, learning & development, psychology, or equivalent
- Experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis, and presenting data
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications such as SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 1+ years of experience developing and implementing learning plans
- 1+ years of experience gathering, organizing, and presenting data to various audiences
- Strong desire to support the development and deployment of training
- Prior experience with either education or professional work in behavioral sciences
- Experience with articulating data analysis summaries verbally or via PowerPoint presentations to various audiences including senior management
- Experience working in the aerospace industry
