The Boeing Company is looking for an Associate Transportation Analyst to join the team in Dallas, TX.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate transportation operations for multiple distribution site locations
- Collaborate and foster continuous relationships with external transportation providers
- Maintain carrier performance metrics at all site locations
- Assist in preparation & distribution of logistics reports, claims, accounts, schedules, route guides, and SOPs
- Investigate and resolve transportation related issues (damage, loss, tracking, missed pickups, returns)
- Collaborate with other departments (customs, supply chain, internal operations teams)
- Provide operational and tactical solutions for general freight inquiries
Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience in a transportation coordinator or warehouse operations role
- Proven knowledge of logistics management, freight forwarding, dispatching, and warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with domestic and international shipping procedures and customs documentation.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems (SAP)
- High school diploma or equivalent
Nice to Have
- 3-5 years’ experience in a transportation coordinator or warehouse operations role. Preferably in the aviation industry.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
