Your Mission

En tant qu’Associé gérant d’ISG en Belgique, vous développez et dirigez votre propre activité au sein du groupe, avec un fort esprit entrepreneurial. Vous construisez des relations durables avec vos clients et proposez des solutions sur mesure dans les domaines suivants :

• Executive Search : recrutement de dirigeants et profils stratégiques
• Search & Selection : recrutement de cadres et spécialistes
• Conseil RH : accompagnement stratégique et transformation organisationnelle
• Développement & Formation : programmes sur mesure pour développer les talents
• Outplacement : accompagnement des entreprises et des professionnels dans les phases de transition

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial Development & Strategy : identification d’opportunités, génération de leads et pilotage du cycle de vente sur le marché belge.
• Client Acquisition & Retention : développement d’un réseau solide avec des dirigeants, DRH et décideurs de haut niveau.
• Consultative Approach & Sales : compréhension des enjeux clients et mise en valeur des solutions ISG.
• Project Management : conduite de missions d’Executive Search et de conseil en coordination avec les équipes ISG locales et internationales.
• Brand Representation : promotion des valeurs du groupe : professionnalisme, intégrité et excellence.
• Marketing & Visibility : participation aux événements et initiatives du groupe pour renforcer la notoriété et le développement commercial.
