Your Mission
As an ISG Managing Partner in Belgium, you develop and lead your own business within the group, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. You build lasting relationships with your clients and offer tailored solutions in the following areas:
- Executive Search: Recruitment of executives and strategic profiles
- Search & Selection: Recruitment of managers and specialists
- HR Consulting: Strategic support and organizational transformation
- Development & Training: Custom programs to develop talent
- Outplacement: Support for companies and professionals in transition phases
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Strategy: Identifying opportunities, generating leads, and managing the sales cycle in the Belgian market.
- Client Acquisition & Retention: Developing a solid network with executives, HR directors, and high-level decision-makers.
- Consulting & Consultative Sales Approach: Understanding client needs and showcasing ISG solutions.
- Project Management: Conducting Executive Search and consulting missions in coordination with local and international ISG teams.
- Brand Representation: Promoting ISG's values: professionalism, integrity, and excellence.
- Marketing & Visibility: Participating in group events and initiatives to strengthen brand awareness and business development.
