Responsibilities

During your internship, you will gain hands-on experience and support both Recruitment and Business Development activities, contributing directly to ISG's international growth.

• Creating and managing job postings across various roles
• Sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and proactive search strategies
• Conducting initial interviews and supporting consultants throughout the full recruitment process
• Maintaining and updating our applicant tracking systems to ensure data accuracy
• Identifying potential new clients, partners, and business opportunities
• Assisting with outreach and marketing activities to support the expansion of ISG's international client base
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Contributing to international growth initiatives and helping strengthen ISG's global network

Requirements

• A strong interest in Recruitment, Talent Management, and Business Development
• Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish or German are a strong plus)
• An organized, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
• Motivation to learn, grow, and make an impact in a collaborative team
• No previous experience required - just curiosity, initiative, and passion
