About the Position

We're seeking qualified ACA or ACCA experienced auditors to join our team. With involvement in all aspects of audit assignments from planning through to completion, our audit seniors enjoy a diverse and rewarding role which places quality and responsibility at the forefront of their development.

We have opportunities for ambitious qualified staff keen to progress their careers in an expanding firm. Based in our St Helier office, the role includes:

• Leading audit teams
• Direct client liaison
• Management of audit deadlines
• Training and developmental support for junior team members
• Preparation of audit working papers
• Running multiple simultaneous assignments
• Provision of technical advice to clients

Responsibilities

• Planning audit fieldwork and leading audit teams
• Directly liaising and developing relationships with clients
• Providing support and training for junior team members
• Preparing audit working papers
• Encouraging and emphasizing audit quality
• Running and leading multiple simultaneous assignments
• Identifying, researching, and resolving audit issues and providing technical advice to clients

Requirements

• ACA or ACCA qualified
• Minimum 2:1 degree
• At least 1 year of experience in an audit firm environment
• Ambitious and hardworking with a commitment to personal growth
• Good attention to detail
• Strong inter-personal communication and excellent teamwork skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Fluency in English language with strong written communication skills
• Experience in leadership or coaching to guide teams
