Job Description

• Advising our travel-interested customers via phone and email and creating individual offers
• Independent processing and reliable handling of travel bookings
• Support in other areas such as product management or complaint management

Qualifications

• Secondary school diploma or high school diploma with good grades
• Willingness to learn and reliability are your middle names
• Dealing with people brings you joy – you always appear open and friendly
• Your work style is responsible, service-oriented, and independent
• Fluent German language skills as well as confident verbal and written expression
